Each order is packed with care and prepared to reach you safely. We deliver across the UAE and to selected international locations.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on the next working day.

During busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, or holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

UAE Shipping

  • Delivery time within the UAE is usually 1–4 business days after dispatch.
  • A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
  • Shipping is free for orders above AED 250.

Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners across all Emirates. Remote areas may need extra time.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect details may cause delays or additional courier fees.

If you need to update your address, contact us quickly at info@metimesc.com or WhatsApp +971555967679. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries outside the UAE. Rates and delivery times depend on your destination and the courier service.

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes—if applied by your country—are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, a refund will be issued once the package is safely returned to us. Shipping costs both ways will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details.

Damaged Shipments

Every order is packed securely, yet damage can happen during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@metimesc.com with your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging. Keep all packaging materials until your case is reviewed.

If your claim is approved, Me Time FZE will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or a refund.

If your order has not arrived within 5 days after receiving your shipment confirmation, reach out to us and we’ll help immediately.
