Shipping Policy
When placing an online order, and after you have entered a delivery address, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. We offer both local and international shipping to the countries we sell to.
Me Time Soaps will process online orders within 2-3 business days during the weekdays. Orders received on (Friday - Sunday) will be processed on the next business day. Processing International orders may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on the destination. However, in times of high volume of orders (holidays seasons, Ramadan, Eid, Events ..etc), potential delays can occur for orders to be processed and shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Me Time Soaps offers free delivery on orders above AED 250.
- Standard shipping rate to orders within UAE AED 20 (shipping rate may change for remote areas).
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- To expedite your order, please make sure that your shipping address and the contact numbers are correct.
- Incorrect information may result in a delay in transit, loss, charges, or return of the package to us. Me Time Soaps will not be responsible for any additional charges resulting from the incorrect information given by the customer.
- If you place an order and later find that you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@metimesc.com or by WhatsApp +971555967679. Please remember that our aim is to send every order as quickly as possible and unfortunately, we are unable to change an address after a package has already been sent.
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered to you and either reject the delivery or return your order for a refund (please read Return Policy). Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
International Shipping
- International orders shipping fees and delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
- Some countries charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. The Me Time Soaps has no control over this and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a package reaches your destination country. Me Time Soaps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, then your order will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, The Me Time Soaps will refund you the cost of your purchase (shipping costs to and from your country will be deducted).
Damaged Shipments
Me Time Soaps is taking well care when packing orders to minimize any damage during shipping. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us by sending an email to info@metimesc.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the 48 hours after delivery.
If you haven’t received your order, after 5 days of receiving your order fulfilment email, please contact us at info@metimesc.com or by WhatsApp +971555967679 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
