Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your order is packed with intention, but sometimes transit can be rough. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

- your order number
- photos of the affected items
- the original packaging kept aside for verification
Once approved, we will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
